US domestic shipping

Fulfillment times may vary depending on the product and location, but we aim to process and ship orders in 2–5 business days. Items ship separately.

Due to the production time and process for “Print-on-Demand” items it is not possible to provide a guaranteed delivery date or offer expedited shipping options. When placing your order we advise ample time is provided to allow for your order to arrive before a particular date such as a celebration, holiday, vacation, etc.

Merchandise Returns

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

As our products are “Print-On-Demand” we do not maintain an inventory of items. Please note that exchanges for different sizes requires a new production order and shipping charges.

Chatham Fish Pier Company reserves the right to review, approve, or deny a return or exchange for any reason.

All returns/exchanges are sent to and handled by Printful.
